Where the frosted BL-27 keeps its rim plain, BL-15 adds crystal-style studs spaced around the edge of the round face. They can act as hour markers, leaving the whole dial free for artwork without printed numerals. Black hands sit at the centre, and in the photo the clock rests on two small black supports at the base.
