About Mug Heat Press Machines
A mug press wraps a heated element around the mug, and the heat and pressure turn the sublimation ink on the transfer paper into a gas that bonds permanently with the mug's coating. It works only on sublimation-coated mugs printed with sublimation ink.
- PR-04A, PR-130, ST-210: straightforward presses for starting out or lower volumes.
- PR-330 and PR-2300: touch-screen control for time and temperature.
- PR-150 pneumatic: compressed air applies even, repeatable pressure; it needs an air compressor.
- PR-2200 dual station: two stations with touch screen, so one mug presses while you load the next.
- 5 in 1: interchangeable heating elements for different cup shapes and sizes.
Pair the press with a sublimation printer and sublimation mugs. Heating elements wear over time, so it helps that we keep mug machine spare parts and accessories.
