Sublimation Aluminium Photo Frames
Sublimation aluminium photo frames are coated metal photo panels for heat press printing, supplied by Print Right in Sri Lanka in ten sizes from 15×20 up to 50×70. Print shops use them for sharp, bright photo prints that suit wedding portraits, family pictures and framed wall displays.
About Sublimation Aluminium Photo Frames
The Alu series runs from compact desk sizes to large wall pieces:
- Small: 15×20, 15×25, 18×23 and 20×25, for desks, shelves and gifts.
- Medium: 25×30, 25×35 and 30×40, for portraits and graduation photos.
- Large: 40×50, 50×60 and 50×70, for wedding and family wall pictures.
Aluminium follows the metal settings in our chart: mirror printing with high pressure, at 180°C for 60 seconds on a flat-bed heat press or 3.5 to 4 minutes in a 3D press. Check that your platen is large enough before choosing the bigger sizes, as the whole print area needs even heat and pressure.
Metal shows fine detail and strong colour, which makes these frames a good choice when a customer wants a photograph to look crisp from across the room. Full settings are on our help centre page.
